Body metrics are population averages. They describe how a number is calculated, not what it means for you, and they are not medical advice or a diagnosis. Speak to a clinician about anything that matters.
Why every tool publishes its method
Each page states its formula, its assumptions and its dated sources. That is deliberate: a result you cannot check is a result you have to trust, and we would rather you check. If our method is wrong, publishing it is what makes that discoverable.

We do not store your inputs or your results, so we hold no record of what any tool told anybody.
