Contact

There is no contact form here, and that is deliberate. A form needs a server to post to, and a server holding what people typed is the one thing this site is built to not have. So: an email address, which is a thing you already control.

Report a wrong figure

This is the one we most want to hear about. Every tool publishes its formula, its assumptions and its dated sources so that the arithmetic can be checked, and that is worth nothing if there is no way to tell us it is wrong.

Email hello@tessalor.com

Three things make a correction actionable:

  • The page. Paste the address from your browser. If you used the Copy link to these figures button, that link carries the exact inputs you had on screen — and it carries them in the part of a URL that is never sent to a server, so it reaches us only because you chose to paste it.
  • What you expected, and why. A figure from a bank, a tax authority or a textbook is the most useful thing you can send, because it is checkable.
  • Where you are. Rates, thresholds and conventions differ by country, and a figure that is wrong for you may be correct for the locale the tool was written against.

Corrections are published in the changelog with the date the method changed, so a figure you got last month can be traced to the version that produced it.

Suggest a tool

The most useful suggestion is a sentence describing what you were trying to work out, in your words. The catalogue is organised around problems rather than around tool names, and how people phrase the problem is what search is built on.

Anything else

hello@tessalor.com reaches us for corrections, privacy, licensing, press and general questions. Security reports go to security@tessalor.com.

For a security issue, please write to the security address before publishing and give us a way to reply. There is no bug bounty and we will not pretend otherwise, but we will credit you in the changelog if you would like us to.

What we do not have

No account to recover, no subscription to cancel, no data of yours to export or delete — because none was ever collected. Refunds for Pro are handled by our payment provider as the seller of record; see the terms.

Correspondence is read by a person and not by a ticketing system, which is a fair description of both the service level and the response time.
